PREFACE.
The
volume now in the reader’s hands is intended to meet the wants of those who
do not require critical discussion of the difficulties, and “things hard to
be understood” in Scripture, but plain exposition of God’s Word.
It

John’s Gospel, and it is hoped it may be found useful for Family Prayers,
